How to Purchase a Black Friday Gift Card

This guide will help you purchase one of our Black Friday Gift Cards (£50 or £100). When you buy one, you’ll be eligible to receive a free Gift Card as part of your purchase!
Important: Only one free Gift Card will be discounted per order. If you’d like to purchase multiple cards with the discount, simply complete this process for each card as a separate order.
Step 1: Add a Gift Card to Your Basket
- Choose either the Black Friday £50 Gift Card or Black Friday £100 Gift Card
- Leave all the form values as default
- Click “Add to basket”
What happens: Two Gift Cards will be added to your basket automatically:
- Your main Gift Card (£50 or £100)
- Your free Gift Card
Step 2: Go to Your Basket
- You’ll see a confirmation that the items have been added
- Click the “Checkout” button
- This takes you to your basket where you can customize your Gift Cards
Step 3: Choose Delivery Method for Your Main Gift Card
- Click the “Edit” button next to your main Gift Card
- Choose how you’d like to deliver this card:
- Digital (for email or SMS delivery)
- Postal (for Royal Mail delivery – we highly recommend selecting a signed-for service)
Step 4: Customize Your Main Gift Card
- Add a personal message if you’d like (optional)
- Confirm your delivery method selection
- Click “Save” to save your changes
Step 5: Customize Your Free Gift Card
- Click the “Edit” button next to your free Gift Card
- Add a personal message if you’d like (optional)
- Note: The free card can only be sent digitally (email or SMS)
- Click “Save” to save your changes
Don’t worry about the basket total: It will show the total for both cards at this stage. The discounted price (with your free card) will appear on the payment page.
Step 6: Choose Your Delivery Options
Click the “Choose Delivery” button
Option A: Sending both cards to the same person?
- Select whether you’re sending the cards to someone else or to yourself
- Enter the recipient’s details (name, email, and address based on delivery method)
- Mobile phone number is optional, but if you enter it, we can send the Gift Card by SMS (there’s a small charge of 30p per voucher for SMS delivery)
- Continue to the next step
Option B: Sending cards to different people or scheduling delivery?
- Click “Sending items to different addresses or scheduling delivery for the future”
- This will split the cards so you can customize each one separately
- Fill out the delivery details for each card
- Note: Delayed delivery is only available for digital delivery methods (email/SMS)
- Click “Proceed to payment” when all details are complete
Step 7: Complete Your Payment
- Review the payment page and ensure the total is correct with your free card discounted
- Complete your payment as you would with any other online purchase
